Steps to Prepare Rice Rava Upma
Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash
and chop the onion and green chilli into small size and set aside in a plate.
Step 2: Take a
presser cooker add rice ravva fry it for 3 to 4 minutes t
ill it turns golden
brown and the rava become roasted then remove the rava into a plate and allow
it to cool.
Step 3: In the same
cooker pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it for 5 to 6 minutes
till it turns into golden brown then add grated ginger and fry it for another 1
minute.
Step 4: Add mustard
seeds, Bengal gram, black gram and add few curry leaves mix it very well and fry
it in medium heat.
Step 5: Pour 3 cups of
water and add required amount of salt and boil the water for 2 minutes, water
is boiled and add roasted rice ravva mix it very well everything together for 3
minutes.
Step 6: Close the
cooker pan with the cooker lid and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the
flame.
