Procedure to Prepare Potato Masala Curry:

Potato Masala Curry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly peel the potato and chop the tomatoes, green chilli and onions chop in medium size.

Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped potatoes grind it well and prepare paste transfer it in a bowl. Keep aside.

Step 3: Take a vessel pour oil add cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, chopped onions and green chilli fry 1 minute till it changes the color.

Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes fry until the raw aroma goes off.

Step 5: Now add prepared potato paste and required quantity of salt.

Step 6: Close it with a lid while also cook covered on medium heat.

Step 7: After that add red chili powder and coconut paste mix well cook it 10 minutes in medium flame.

Step 8: Finally add chopped coriander and some water sauté it 5 minutes then turn off the heat.

Step 9: Try and serve this recipe along with steamed rice or paratha or roti.
