Way to Prepare Corn Vadalu:

Corn Vadalu IngredientsStep 1: Firstly take a mixer add corn kernels grind it well and prepare a thick paste set aside. Chop the green chilli and onions in small size set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl add prepared paste, Bengal gram flour, ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli, onions, chopped coriander and required quantity of salt.

Step 3: Mix all the items well and make it into a smooth paste by adding enough water set aside.

Corn Vadalu RcipeStep 4: Heat oil for deep frying in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat oil till it become hot reduce flame high to medium.

Step 5: Wet your hands with water take a lemon sized balls make a hole in the center

Step 6: Slowly drop the vada into the hot oil and fry it both sides in medium flame till the vada gets the golden brown color.  Try and serve this Corn vada recipe along with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
