Way to Prepare Corn Vadalu:
Step 1: Firstly take
a mixer add corn kernels grind it well and prepare a thick paste set aside. Chop
the green chilli and onions in small size set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl
add prepared paste, Bengal gram flour, ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli,
onions, chopped coriander and required quantity of salt.
Step 3: Mix all the
items well and make it into a smooth paste by adding enough water set aside.
Step 4: Heat oil for
deep frying in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat oil till it become hot reduce
flame high to medium.
Step 5: Wet your
hands with water take a lemon sized balls make a hole in the center
