Procedure to Prepare Green Peas Curry:
Step 1: Firstly wash green peas and soak it
for about 1 hour. Chop the onions, green chilli and tomatoes in medium size.
Step 2: Take a bowl pour water add cashew nuts and poppy seeds soak it for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Take a mixer add socked cashew nuts and
poppy seeds grind these ingredients and prepare thick paste.
Step 4: Take a pan pour oil, add cumin, mustard,
chopped onions and green chilli fry till it gets the golden brown color.
Step 5: Now add chopped tomato, curry leaves
and required quantity of salt cook it 5 minutes and add soaked green peas fry it
until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.
Step 6: Add prepared cashew nuts paste and red
chilli powder mix it well together all the ingredients and cook it 5 minutes in
medium flame. Add 3 cups water cook on medium heat.
Step 7: Cook it till the oil separates out of
the curry when it is done switch off the flame.
Step 8: Try
and serve this easy green peas recipe.
