Procedure to Prepare
Fruits Halwa:
Step 1: Take a bowl pour water add almond soak it in for about 15 minutes after
that remove the peel of almond and keep it aside.
Step 2: Peel the papaya, apple and banana chop them into small size.
Step 3: Take a mixer add chopped papaya and soaked almond blend it very well and prepare
thick paste.
Step 4: Take vessel pour milk add prepared paste cook it for 10 minutes then add
apple pieces and banana pieces mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes in
medium flame.
Step 5: Cook until it become a thick paste then
add sugar and condensed milk mix it very well and cook it for few minutes. Then
turn off the heat.
Step 6: Take a pan pour ghee add cashew nuts fry until it turns golden color.
Step 7: Take a bowl add cooked halva add fried cashew nuts mix well. Keep it aside
for cool down the heat.
Step 8: Try and serve this Fruit halwa recipe.
