Procedure to prepare Prawns Pakoda:

Prawns Pakoda IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash the prawns and drain the excess water completely. Keep aside

Step 2: Take a bowl add prawns, red chilli powder, grated coconut, Bengal gram flour, rice flour, curry leaves powder, cumin seeds  powder, salt as per taste and pinch of Asafetida powder mix it very well together and add some water then marinate it for about 1 hour.

Prawns Pakoda RecipeStep 3:  Now take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the marinated prawns into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 4: drain the fried prawns in to the absorbent paper and Remove it to the plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
