Instructions to Prepare
Plantain Flower with Chicken Curry:
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash chicken and drain the excess water completely, and
transfer the washed chicken into a cleaned bowl add turmeric powder mix it well
then marinate it for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Wash and chop the plantain flower and onions in medium size then set
aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer or blender add chopped onions, ginger piece and garlic cloves
grind blend these ingredients and prepare thick paste and transfer it into a
bowl keep aside.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf fry it 5 seconds and add prepared paste fry
until the raw aroma of all ingredients goes off.
Step 5: In a same pan add coriander powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder fry
it 5 seconds and add chopped plantain flower, salt as per taste and add
marinated chicken covered and cook in medium flame.
Step 6: Finally add garam masala and add water to them mix well and cook till the
chicken become smooth then heat off.
Step 7: Try and serve this delicious food recipe along with cooked rice or fried
rice or roti.
