Procedure to Prepare Tindora Fry or
Ivy Gourd Fry Recipe:
Step 2: Take a
vessel pour oil and add chopped tindora cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Step 3: Now add required
quantity of salt close it with a lid also sauté till it turns the golden brown color.
Step 5: Add gram
flour mix in between for every 3 or 4 minutes’ fry till it begin to smell the
tindora switch off the flame.
Step 6: Try and Serve
this recipe along with steamed rice.
