Direction to making Okra Coconut Fry/
Ladyfinger with Coconut Fry:
Step 1: Firstly wash
the ladyfingers/okra and remove the edges then chop in medium size. Keep aside.
Step 2: Now take a
frying pan pour oil and add chopped ladyfingers /okra fry it for 10 minutes in
medium flame.
Step 3: Add
coriander powder cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 4: And add red
chilli powder and salt as per required quantity sauté it for about 2 minutes in
normal heat.
Step 5: Finally add
grated coconut fry it for 5 minutes and add chopped coriander turn off the
heat.
Step 6: Try and serve
this easy simple recipe.
