Procedure to prepare Red Gram with Sesame Seeds Residue or Telagapinidi Papu recipe:

Red Gram with Sesame Seeds Residue IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash the red gram and soak it for about 30 minutes in water.

Step 2: Take a pressure cooker pour 2 cups of water add red gram close the cooker pan with the cooker lid cook it for 3 whistles. Keep aside till the pressure goes off. After that mash it with wooden spoon.

Step 3: Take a pan dry fry the telagapindi or sesame seeds residue roast till the aroma goes off and change the color then keep aside. 

Red Gram with Sesame Seeds Residue RecipeStep 4: For seasoning heat oil in a pan add mustard, cumin, slightly crushed garlic cloves, curry leaves, black gram, Bengal gram and dry chilli fry it 2 minutes in medium flame.

Step 5: Add mashed red gram to the seasoning cook it 5 minutes then add telagapindi or sesame seeds residue, red chilli powder and salt as per taste mix well cook it 10 minutes.

Step 6: After that switch off the flame. 

Step 7: Serve this recipe hot with steamed rice.
