Way to Cook
Colacasia with Curd Stew Curry or Pulusu Recipe:
Step 1 : Firstly take a cooker add water and add washed colacasia and close the
cooker pan with lid and cook it for 2 whistles then turn off the heat and allow
it to co
ol then remove the colacasia peel and set aside in a plate.
Step 2: Take a large
bowl add Bengal gram flour, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, add boiled
colacasia and add required amount of salt as per taste and mix it very well
everything together and set aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in
a vessel add green chili pieces, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry chilli, few
curry leaves and add garlic cloves mix well everything and fry it in medium
heat.
Step 4: In the same
pan add curd and add boiled and marinated colacasia mix well and fry it for
about 5 minutes finally add grated coriander and cook it for a while till the gravy
become thick and oil on the top of the curry then turn off the heat.
