Procedure to Prepare Foxtail Millet Payasamu or Korralu Payasamu Recipe:

Foxtail Millet Payasamu or Korralu Payasamu Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash Foxtail Millet and take a bowl pour water and add washed foxtail millet and soak it for about one hour till the foxtail millet is completely soaked then drain the water and set aside.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water add soaked foxtail millet and cook it for about 10 minutes in medium flame mix it in between every 2 to 3 minutes.

Foxtail Millet Payasamu or Korralu Payasamu RecipeStep 3: Meanwhile take a frying pan pour some ghee and add cashew nuts fry it in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes till the cashew nuts becomes light golden brown color then switch off the flame and transfer the fried cashew nuts into a bowl and set aside.

Step 4: Take another vessel pour water and add grated jaggery boil it well in medium flame till the jaggery is dissolves completely and it become sticky stir it continuously.

Step 5: Now add boiled foxtail millet or korralu mixture and add some ghee, add fried cashew nuts and add pinch of cardamom powder and stir it continuously and boil it in low flame for few minutes till the foxtail millet mixture is become thick then turn off the heat.
