Procedure to prepare Sweet Potato Gulab Jamuns:

Step 1:
Sweet Potato Gulab Jamuns IngredientsTake a vessel pour water add sweet potato cook it for about 15 minutes till the potato become smooth then switch off the flame let it cool down then remove the peel set aside.

Step 2:
Take a large bowl pour ghee add Maida, cardamom powder, Khoa and boiled sweet potato mash it very well.

Step 3:
Knead all of them together until smooth dough is prepare if required add a few teaspoons of milk to knead a smooth and soft dough.

Step 4:
Divide dough into 5-10 equal parts grease hands with ghee and make smooth surfaced balls from knead it again and roll the balls again keep aside for 1 hour.

Step 5:
Take another pan pour water and add sugar stirring syrup continuously it become sticky switch off the flame before the syrup reaches its consistency.

Step 6:
Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the prepared sweet potato balls into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 7:
Remove the sweet gulab jamuns and then drain them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Now drop the fried sweet potato gulab jamuns into the sweet syrup and garnish them with cashew nuts.
