Procedure to Prepare Egg Masala Curry:

Egg Masala curry ingredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onions, green chilli and tomato then set aside.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour oil add turmeric powder, chopped onions and green chilli fry till it turns golden brown color and sauté it in medium flame.

Step 3: Add chopped tomato fry it 5 minutes in normal flame.

Step 4: Now add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste and garam masala powder fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.

Step 5: Then pour some water and cook it till the curry gravy become thickens then Break the eggs in curry don’t blend the curry let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 6: Finally add chopped coriander and cook it for 3 minutes after that switch off the flame.
