Procedure to prepare
Pumpkin Halva Balls:
Step 1: Firstly take a pan pour ghee add cashew nuts fry till it gets golden brown
color then remove them into a bowl set aside.
Step 2: Heat ghee in same pan add grated sweet pumpkin fry until the raw aroma
goes off.
Step 3: Add 2 cups milk stir well it for 5 minutes and add grated jaggery, cardamom
powder and fried cashew nuts mix well allow to cook it for 2 minutes and make
it like a thick liquid after that switch of the flame.
Step 4: Take another vessel pour 2 cups of milk boil it for 1 minute and add rice
flour mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes and cook till it turns like a
thick paste.
Step 5: Take a prepared pumpkin halva and make into round balls.
Step 6: Take a prepared rice flour paste
grease your hand with ghee to knead the dough and take a prepared small balls
portion of dough and flatten it into a disc of the size of your palm place a
ball of sweet pumpkin ball in the centre and draw the edges of the dough from
all sides to cover the sweet pumpkin ball completely.
Step 7: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying drop the sweet
pumpkin balls into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color. Then
drain the fried balls into absorbent paper for swallow the excess oil in that
balls.
