Procedure to Prepare Tomato Rasam:

Tomato Rasam IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash onion, green chilli and tomatoes chop them into lengthy set aside.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water add tamarind pulp, chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, turmeric powder, required quantity of salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander and sugar mix it very well together.

Tomato Rasam RecipeStep 3: Bring to boil and on high flame for about 20 minutes.

Step 4: Meanwhile take a pan pour oil for seasoning and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, dry chili and add few curry leaves fry it in medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes and add boiled rasam well mix it and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes after that switch of the flame.  

Step 5: Try and serve this delicious Tomato rasam food recipe hot along with steamed rice.
