Procedure to Prepare Sago Bondas:

Sago Bondas ingredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onions, green chilli, curry leaves and ginger piece into medium size. Set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl pour curd add sago soak it for about 1 hour after that add chopped onions, green chilli, ginger piece, rice flour, curry leaves, cumin seeds and required quantity of salt mix it well together and prepare smooth  batter.

Sago Bondas RecipeStep 3: Take heavy bottomed vessel pore oil for deep frying when oil is heated then grease your hand with water and make small balls to the prepared batter drop the balls in pre heated oil.

Step 4: Fry the bondas in both sides till it becomes crisp then drain the bondas on kitchen towels to remove the excess oil.

Step 5: Try and serve this Sago bonds food recipe hot with coconut chutney or ginger chutney or tomato ketch up.
