Procedure to Prepare
Crunchy Soya Granules balls:
Step 2: Take a bowl pour boiled water add soya granules soak it for about 10
minutes after that drain the excess water.
Step 3: Now take a large bow add soaked Soya granules, Bread powder, potato paste,
Garam masala powder, chopped onion, green chilli, grated coriander, Red chilli
powder and add required quantity of salt and add them some water.
Step 4: Mix all ingredients together and prepare thick paste then make the dough
into round balls do all same process.
Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying drop the soya
granules balls into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.
Drain the fried soya granules into the absorbent paper. Keep aside.
Step 6: Try and serve this crunchy soya granules balls food recipe along with
yummy tomato ketchup.
