Procedure to Prepare Moong Dal Payasam:

Step 1: Firstly take a pan add moong dal fry it till the raw aroma goes off then remove them to a pate set aside to cool it.

Moong dal payasam ingredientsStep 2: In the same pan pour ghee and add Cashew nuts, Almond and pistachios fry till it gets golden brown color fry them in medium flame. Transfer them into a plate.

Step 3: Take a mixer add fried moong dal and grind it well and add some milk then prepare smooth paste after that remove it to the bowl and set aside.

Step 4: Heat ghee in a vessel add prepared moong dal paste fry it 2 minutes till the paste become thick.

Step 5: Add them milk, sugar and Cardamom powder mix it very well together.

Step 6: After that add fried cashew nuts, almond and pistachios mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes cook till the mixture is totally thickened and the Payasam is fully cooked then heat off.   Serve and try this easy and tasty Moong dal payasam recipe in hot.
