Gingili Ladoos

Gingili or Sesame seeds Ladooes

Ingredients

Directions to Prepare Gingili Laddues:

Step 1: Take a pan dry fry the gingili till it gets golden brown and nice aroma rises off then switch off the heat and transfer it into a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: In the same pan add ground nuts fry it till the raw aroma goes off and set aside and allow it to cool.

Step 3: After that remove the ground nuts peel.

Step 4: Take a mixer add fried gingili , ground nuts, gated jaggery,  grated dry coconut and add cardamom powder grind it very well together the ingredients a prepare a fine powder.

Step 5: Now transfer the prepared powder into a clean bowl pour some hot ghee to the prepared powder and make round and lemon size balls.  
  
Step 6: Store it for one week and store them into a glass jar. And serve this recipe in snack time.
