Procedure to Prepare Ajwain Rice
Recipe:
Step 2: Take vessel
pour oil and add pinch of turmeric powder, ajwain, and dry chilli, garlic
cloves, black gram, Bengal gram, mustard seeds and add few curry leaves mix it
very well everything together and sauté it for 1 minute in medium flame.
Step 3: Then add
them boiled rice and add required amount of salt as per needed and mix it very
well everything then cook it for about 5 minutes in normal flame till the nice
aroma of this recipe rises then turn off the heat and transfer the cooked
ajwain rice into a serving bowl and keep aside.
