Directions to Make Sesame Seeds or Gingili Seeds Powder Food Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly take a frying pan add sesame seeds and dry fry them for 5 to 6 minutes in low flame till become roast and good aroma rises then remove the fried sesame seeds into a bowl and set aside.

Sesame Seeds or Gingili Seeds Powder IngredientsStep 2: In the same pan dry fry the Bengal gram and black gram in medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes then transfer the roasted Bengal gram and black gram into a bowl and set aside.

Sesame Seeds or Gingili Seeds PowderStep 3: In the same pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and dry chili fry till it turns into golden brown then remove them into the same plate and cool down.

Step 4: Now take a mixer add fired coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry chili, garlic pods, Bengal gram, black gram and add salt as per taste grind them very well together and prepare a fine and smooth powder in the same jar add fired sesame seeds and mix it in coarsely .

Step 5: Store the prepared sesame seeds powder into an airtight glass container.
