Procedure to Prepare Maisur Bajji or
Bondas Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash
green chili and chop it into small size and set aside. Sieve the maida flour
and get the fine and smooth powder then transfer the prepared powder into a
bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Take a large
bowl and add Maida flour, pour fresh curd, chopped green chilli and add
required amount of salt as per taste and mix them very well now add pinch of
baking soda to the batter and mix it very well everything together and prepare
to thick paste by adding little amount of water and rest it for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Take a vessel
pour oil heat it for about 1 minute then oil is heated now apply some water on
your palms and take a few spoons of the batter on your palm shape them round
with your finger drop the maisur bajji or bondas into the
hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color drain on absorbent paper.
Step 4: Try and
serve this yummy maisur bajji or bondas, Enjoy the taste of this food recipe
along with coriander chutney or tomato chutney.
