Procedure to Prepare Cashew Nuts Mysore Pak:

Step 1: Heat ghee in a vessel add cashew nuts in hot ghee fry them till it becomes light brown color in medium heat then remove them to a plate set aside and once it cool down take a mixer add fried cashew nut and grind it very well and make fine powder.

Step 3: Take another vessel pour water add sugar boil it on low heat for 10 minutes until sugar will melt when the syrup start boiling.

Step 4: Add cardamom powder and add fried Bengal gram flour little by little and cashew nuts powder mix it very well there are no lumps in the mixture.

Step 6: Grease ghee on a plate transferring the Mysore pak to the plate cool it for 2 minutes cut it into desired shapes set aside cool down for 30 minutes.

Step 7: Completely cool it before breaking the Mysore pak pieces.
