Procedure to Prepare Egg Milk Curry:

Egg Milk Curry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion and green chilli then set aside.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water drop the eggs and boil it for about 20 minutes in medium flame.

Step 3: When the eggs becomes lukewarm or cool down crack the shell and remove the shell of the eggs. Keep the eggs aside.

Step 4: Put slits in each egg this is to make absorb the gravy.

Step 5: Take a pan pour oil add turmeric powder and add eggs fry it both sides till it gets the golden color then set aside.

Step 6: In the same pan add chopped onions and green chilli fry it well until it turns golden brown color and add garam masala mix it very well together and sauté it for about 5 minutes in medium flame.

Egg Milk Curry RecipeStep 7: Drop the fried eggs in it and add required quantity off salt, red chilli powder and pour the milk blend all these ingredients together and sauté it for about 5 minutes and more in normal flame till the gravy become thickens.

 Step 8: And see specks of oil on the top of the curry then switch off the heat.
