Procedure to Prepare Green Chilli Masala Curry:

Step 1: Firstly wash the green chilli and dry it to the absorbent cloth or tissue and slit the green chilies in the middle and remove the chilli crowns. Set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan add ground nuts fry it for few minutes till it turns the golden brown color then set aside, in the same pan add gingili fry it for 3 minutes and set aside in the same pan add onions fry till it gets golden brown set aside add grated coconut sauté it till the raw aroma goes off transfer them to a bowl and cool it.

Step 3: Take a mixer add ginger, garlic and all fried ingredients grind these ingredients very well and prepare thick paste to add some water.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil add slit green chili fry until it gets golden brown then transfer them to a bowl and set aside in the same vessel add  pinch off turmeric powder, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves fry it for  about 1 minute.

Step 5: Add prepared paste, red chili powder, garam masala and required quantity off salt mix it very well together and allow it to cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 6: Now add tamarind pulp and water mix in between for every 1 minute and cover with a lid.

Step 8: Finally add chopped coriander mix well till the curry becomes thick grave after that switch of the flame.    

Step 9: Transfer the curry to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander try and serve this spicy green chilli masala curry food recipe along with steamed rice. Enjoy the spicy taste of the recipe.
