Procedure to Prepare Broad Beans Coconut Fry: 

Broad Beans Coconut Fry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean the broad beans wash it well and drain the excess water in broad beans and chop them into medium size and slit the green chilli. Set aside.

Step 2: Take a pan pour oil add curry leaves fry it for 3 seconds then add green chilli, cumin seeds, black gram and Bengal gram fry it for about 1 minute in medium flame.

Step 3: Now add chopped broad beans and salt as per taste cook it until the aroma goes off and changes its color in light golden brown.

Broad Beans Coconut Fry RecipeStep 4: Add grated coconut and red chilli powder mix it very well together and sauté it for about 20 minutes in medium flame.

Step 5: Finally add chopped coriander and cook it for 3 seconds in normal flame then switch off the flame. Transfer the recipe into the serving bowl.  

Step 6: Try and serve this Broad beans coconut fry food recipe along with steamed rice or serve as a side dish with rasam or sambar.
