Ingredients:
  • Yellow peas (boiled)  –1 cup
  • Potato (boiled, peeled and chopped) – ½ cup
  • Carrot (Finely Grated) – 4 tablespoons
  • Tomato (chopped) – 3 tablespoons
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tablespoon
  • Corn flakes – 1/4 cup
  • Sevu – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Coriander – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt– 2 tablespoons
  • Red Chili powder– 1 table spoons
  • Chopped onions – ½ cup
  • Garam masala Powder- 1 table spoon
  • Green chilies (chopped) – 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Black slat ½ tablespoon.
Procedure to prepare Matar Chat:
Step1: Take a pan add boiled yellow peas, chopped potato, Finely Grated Carrot, ½ cup of water, salt, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, black salt, Garam Masala and add turmeric powder 
Step2: Cook over a moderate heat for about 30 minutes. 
Step3: Switch off the stove and add lemon juice before serving the chat.
Step4: After that garnish chat with chopped tomatoes, cornflakes and sevu.
