Leafy vegetable Methi pakoda recipe

Methi pakoda:

We can prepare this recipe within 15 minutes
Methi Pakoda
Ingredients:
Methi Pakoda Ingrediant·         Salt – 1 table spoon (adjust with your taste)
·         Red Chilli powder- 1 table spoon
·         Baking soda- ¼ table spoon.
·         Gram flour- 1 cup
·         Rice flour-  2 table spoons
·         Chopped fresh Methi leaves (Fenugreek)- 1 cup
·         Chopped Curry leaves- 2 table spoon.
·         Boiled potato’s paste- 1 cup
·         Sliced onions- 1 cup.
·         Ginger garlic paste- 1 table spoon.
·         Water – ½ cup ( for our requirement)
·         Oil – 3 cups.
·         Chopped green chillies- 1 table spoon.
·         Chopped coriander leaves- 2 table spoon.


Making of pakoda:

Methi PakodaStep1: Take a bowl and add 1 cup of gram flour, rice flour, sliced onions, potato’s paste, ginger garlic paste,  red chilli powder, add 1 table spoon salt, and add pinch of baking soda mix all this ingredients
Step2: Now add the chopped methi leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, and add coriander leaves.
Step3: Add ¼ cup of water and prepared thick batter that falls of your spoon.
Step4: Take a pan and heat the oil for deep fry.
Step5: Drop the batter balls with using spoon into the oil and we can also use hand. But take some precautions when using hand.
Step6:  Now the batter balls changes the colour into golden brown.
Step7: Once done drain the pakoda into the absorbent paper.
Step8: Continue this process until complete the batter.
Step9: Serve this prepared pakoda with tasty tomato sauce/ chutney.
