Cauliflower 65 Ingredients
Ingredients:

·         Cauliflower – 1.
·         Corn flour – ½ cup.
·         Red chili powder – 2 tablespoons.
·         Garam masala – 1 tablespoon.
·         Chopped Coriander – ½ cup.
·         Ginger garlic paste – 3 tablespoons.
·         Salt to taste.
·         Oil as required.
·         Water as required.

Procedure to Prepare Cauliflower 65:

Step 1: Firstly clean the cauliflower and chop it in medium size florets.

Step 2: Now soak the cauliflower florets in hot water for 10 minutes later drain water and keep the cauliflower florets aside.

Step 3: Take a bowl add garam masala , ginger garlic paste, coriander, corn flour, salt and add red chili powder mix all ingredients prepare to thick paste.

Step 4: Now add soaked cauliflower mix it well and marinate in 20 minutes.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan for deep fry in medium flame then add marinate cauliflower florets fry till it becomes golden brown color.

Step 6: Drain the fried cauliflower florets in a kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil keep it aside for 5 minutes.

 Step 7: Now serve this tasty south Indian cauliflower 65 recipe.
