Procedure to Prepare Lady Finger Masala Fry/ Okra:

Step 1: Firstly wash the lady fingers/okra and chop them into medium size.

Lady Finger Masala Curry or Okra Masala Fry IngredientsStep 2: Dry fry the Bengal gram till it gets the golden brown color and set aside, in the same pan add black gram, dry chilli and coriander seeds fry till it turns the golden brown then keep aside.

Step 3: Take a mixer add fried Bengal gram, black gram, red chilli and coriander seeds grind it well and prepare a powder.

Lady Finger Masala Curry/ Okra Masala Fry RecipeStep 4: Take a pan pour oil, add chopped lady fingers and salt as per taste then fry it 15 minutes in medium flame.

Step 5: Add prepared powder cook it 5 minutes after that switch off the flame.

Step 6: Serve this delicious okra masala fry recipe with rice and roties.
