Procedure to Prepare Chicken Pickle
Recipe:
Step 1: Heat a pan and
dry fry the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and coriander seeds in low flame
for about 4 to 5 minutes till it become roast then turn off the flame and cool
it then pound them very well together and make a fine powder then transfer the
prepared powder into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan
add poppy seeds fry it for 5 to 6 minutes till the poppy seeds become roasted
then turn odd the heat and take a mixer add fried poppy seeds and add little
amount of water and grind it very well together and make a fine paste then
remove the prepared thick paste into a dry bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Now take a
large frying pan add chicken, pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder and
add required quantity of salt and sauté it for about 15 minutes in medium heat
then turn off the heat and keep aside.
Step 4 : Take a large
or medium size vessel pour oil heat it for 2 second in normal flame then add
boiled chicken fry it well till it become golden brown and chicken is completely
cooked then remove the fried chicken into a dry bowl set aside.
Step 5: In the same
pan pour oil and add prepared poppy seeds paste fry it for few seconds till the
raw aroma goes off then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minutes and add
prepared garam masala mix them very well together and cook it for about 3
minutes in medium heat turn off the heat finally add fried chicken pieces, red
chilli powder and pour some oil to the mixture and mix them very well together
lastly add lemon juice them stir them all together then check the salt and add
salt if needed.
Step 6: Now transfer
the prepared pickle into a ceramic pickle jar then close the with tight lid and
leave it for 1 day after that pickle is ready to serve.
Step 7: Try and serve

I am sure to try it as it would come for my rescue whenever we run short of any side dish at home. Even guests would love the idea of being served a non-veg pickle! Great job!
