Baby Corn Pakodas


Ingredients:
    Baby Corn Pakodas Ingredients
  • ·         Baby corns – 10.
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons.
  • ·         Rice flour -  1/2 cup.
  • ·         Maida – 4 tablespoons.
  • ·         Garam masala – 2 tablespoons.
  • ·         Water – 1/2 cup.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         Oil as required.
  • ·         Chopped coriander – 3 tablespoons. 
  • ·         Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons.
Steps to Prepare Baby Corn Pakoda:

Step 1: Firstly clean the baby corns. Chop off both ends and cut the baby corns into medium sized pieces.
   
Step 2: Take a bowl and add baby corn pieces, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, and Maida, add garam masala, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 3: Mix all these items well and make it into a smooth paste by adding enough water.      

Step 4: Take a frying pan and pour oil heat the oil in medium flame.

Step 5: Now drop the baby corns into the oil and fry it well.

Step 6:  Fry the baby corns until it turns golden brown color and crisp drain and keep on absorbent paper for remove the excess oil.

Step 7: Serve this tasty south Indian baby corn snack recipe with tomato ketch up.
