- · Rice – 4 cups.
- · Tomatoes – 5.
- · Medium sized onion – 1.
- · Green chilli – 4.
- · Ginger garlic paste – 3 tablespoons.
- · Clove – 3.
- · Cumin powder – ½ tablespoon.
- · Chopped Coriander – ½ cup.
- · Salt to taste.
- · Water – 8 cups.
- · Oil as required.
Procedure to Prepare Tomato Rice:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and chop the onion, green chilli and tomatoes.
Step 2: Take a pan
add oil and cloves fry it 2 minutes.
Step 3: Now add ginger garlic paste, cumin
powder, chopped onions and chopped chilli saute it 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add chopped
tomatoes cook it 5 minutes in medium flame.
Step 5: Add chopped
coriander mix well together all the ingredients, salt and add 6 cups of water
boil it 3 minutes.
Step 6: Now add washed
rice and mix well close the cooker pan with the cooker lid cook it 3 whistles
then turn off the flame. Keep it aside until the pressure goes off.
Step 7: Now serve this easy recipe with
raita.
