Step 1: Take a bowl add corn flour, rice flour, grated carrot, green chili, chopped
coriander, chopped onion, grated ginger and slat as required and mix all these
ingredients add enough water and to make a thick and smooth batter.
Step 2: Heat a nonstick
pan in 1 minute rub it with onion slice or a drop off oil now pour prepared
batter apply around dose flip and fry it for both sides. Until it gets the
light golden color.
Step 3: Now serve this tasty Indian corn flour dosa with ginger chutney or tomato
chutney.
