Procedure to Prepare Spinach Kabab:

Spinach Kabab Ingredients Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the red gram and soak it for about 30 minutes in water then drain the water. Now take a cooker add soaked red gram and water and cook it for 3 whistles till the red gram completely boiled set aside till the pressure goes off. Now mash the red gram with wooden spoon.

Spinach Kabab RecipesStep 2: Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli, chopped spinach, fresh raw peas and minced mint fry it till the raw aroma goes off from the ingredients then remove them a bowl set aside and cool down.

Step 3: Take a mixer add fried spinach, green chilli, fresh green peas, mint and add boiled red gram grind it very well together and prepare thick paste.

Step 4: Now take a large bowl add prepared paste, Bengal gram flour, Garam masala, chopped coriander, Ginger garlic paste and required quantity of salt.

Step 5: All ingredients mix well add them drop off water and prepare thick batter. Now make round shape kababs with that batter.

Step 6: Now take a tawa heat for 1 minute pour 3 to 4 drops of oil and place the prepared kababs in hot tawa fry it both sides till it gets golden color.

Step 7: Make all remaining kababs in the same way.

Step 8: Transfer fried kababs food recipe to a plate and serve spinach kabab recipe hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
