Steps to Prepare Poha Pulihora Recipe:

Poha Pulihora IngredientsStep 1: Wash and chop the green chilli into length wise and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a bowl pour some water and add poha and soak it for 1 hour and drain the excess water in it and set aside.  

Step 3 :Take a vessel pour oil heat it for 1 minute add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli, mustard seeds, Bengal gram, few curry leaves and add dry chili fry it for 3 minutes in medium flame.

Step 4 : Add soaked poha and add required quantity of salt mix it very well everything together and cook it for about 1 minutes then turn off the heat and allow it to cool, once it become lukewarm then add lemon juice  mix well with spoon and remove it to a serving plate poha polihor is done.
