Procedure to Prepare Raw Banana
Ariselu:
Step 1: Firstly wash
raw banana take a vessel pour water and add raw banana cook it for about 20
minutes and switch off the flame let it allow to cool and remove the raw banana
peel set aside.
Step 2: Take a mixer
add raw banana mix well and prepare smooth paste transfer the paste into a
clean bowl then set aside.
Step 3: Take another
vessel pour water add grated jaggery boil it well when the jaggery melt then
switch off the flame and stein the jaggery syrup for remove the dirt in jaggery
syrup.
Step 4: Now take
another vessel pour the jaggery syrup and boil it very well to prepare thick
syrup.
Step 5: Now add
cardamom powder, rice flour, gingili seeds, pour ghee and add raw banana paste
mix it well together cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes and stirring continuously
to avoid formation of lumps after that turn off the heat.
Step 6: Divide dough into 5-10 equal parts grease hands with ghee and make smooth surfaced
balls.
Step 7: Take one thick plastic cover apply half tablespoon oil to it for preparing
ariselu take little dough and press it with your hands and make a small circle.
Step 8: Take heavy bottomed vessel pour oil heat it for 1 minute slowly leave that
ariselu into pan fry till it gets golden brown color then drain them to
absorbent paper.
Step 9: Make all remaining ariselu in the same way
