Procedure to Prepare Coconut with Carissa Carandas Chutney Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash the Carissa carandas and chop into length wise and discard the seeds for it and set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan add chopped Carissa carandas fry it for 10 minutes in medium heat then add chopped green chilli and garlic cloves fry them for 2 minutes in normal flame then turn off the heat and transfer the fried Carissa carandas, green chilli and garlic cloves into a plate and keep aside.

Coconut with Carissa Carandas Chutney RecipeStep 3: Take a mixer add fried Carissa carandas, green chillies, coconut pieces, cumin seeds, garlic cloves and  add required quantity of salt and grid them very well and make a fine thick and smooth paste then transfer the prepared mixture into a bowl and keep aside.

Step 4: For tempering take a frying pan pour oil add Mustard seeds, Bengal gram, Black gram, Curry leaves and Dry chilli fry it well in medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes then turn off the heat and add prepared paste to it and mix very well together for 1 minutes the transfer the prepared chutney into a serving bowl and keep aside.
