Procedure to Prepare Bottle Gourd with Telagapindi or Bottle Gourd with Sesame Seeds Residue Recipe:

Bottle Gourd with Sesame Seeds  IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and peel off the bottle gourd and chop it into medium size pieces and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a pan pour oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, slightly crushed garlic cloves, few curry leaves and add dry chilli fry it well for few seconds in medium flame.

Step 3: Now add chopped bottle gourd pieces and add required quantity of salt mix it well everything together and cook it in medium heat.

Bottle Gourd with Sesame Seeds Step 4: Close pan with a lid and sauté it for a while in low to normal flame.

Step 5: Now add telagapindi or sesame seeds residue to it and add red chili powder mix well everything together and cook it for about 10 minutes.

Step 6: After that switch off the heat.
