Directions to Make Brinjal Tangy Gravy Recipe or Brinjal Pulusu Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion, green chilli, tomatoes and brinjal into length wise and add the chopped brinjals into the salted water for prevent discoloring.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan once the oil is heated then add chopped onions and green chilli fry it well it gets light golden brown.

Step 5: Then add tomatoes pieces cook it for another 5 minutes and add red chilli powder and coriander leaves and pour some water mix well and cook it for about 2 minutes in normal flame.

Step 6: Now add tamarind pulp and cover the vessel with a lid till the gravy become thick and keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning then turn off the heat.
