Directions to
Make Brinjal Tangy Gravy Recipe or Brinjal Pulusu Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion, green chilli, tomatoes and brinjal into
length wise and add the chopped brinjals into the salted water for prevent discoloring.
Step 2: Take a mixer add cumin seeds and garlic cloves grind it very well and prepare
a thick paste by adding very little amount of water and remove the prepared
paste into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan once the oil is heated then add chopped onions and green
chilli fry it well it gets light golden brown.
Step 4: Add brinjal and required amount of salt as per taste and mix it very well
everything together and cook it medium heat then add prepared cumin and garlic
cloves paste mix well and allow it to cok.
Step 5: Then add tomatoes pieces cook it for another 5 minutes and add red chilli
powder and coriander leaves and pour some water mix well and cook it for about
2 minutes in normal flame.
Step 6: Now add tamarind pulp and cover the vessel with a lid till the gravy become
thick and keep stirring occasionally to prevent burning then turn off the heat.
Step 7: Try
and serve this tasty south Indian brinjal tangy gravy recipe along with hot
plain rice.
