Procedure to Prepare Semolina Rava Upma Recipe:

Semolina Rava Upma Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion and green chilli into length wise and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a wok add semolina rava and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes till it become roast then transfer the fried semolina rava into a plate and allow it to cool.

Semolina Rava Upma RecipeStep 3: In the same pan pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it for about 3 minutes in medium flame.

Step 4 : Add grated ginger, cashew nuts, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram and add few curry leaves mix it very well everything together and fry it for about 5 minutes in medium heat.

Step 5: Now add them water and add required quantity of salt mix well and boil it for about 3 minutes and reduces the flame when the water comes to rolling boil.  

Step 6: Finally add roasted semolina rava mix well continuously and cook it for about 10 minutes in medium heat till the mixture turns thick then switch off the heat and semolina rava upma is cooked.
