Directions to Prepare Prawns Curry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash prawns set aside drain the excess water completely in the
prawns.
Step 2: Chop onions and
green chilli into the medium size.
Step 3: Take a mixer
add ginger piece, garlic cloves and poppy seeds grind these ingredients together
and prepare a smooth paste. Transfer it into a bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Take a vessel
pour oil add prawns and fry it for about 10 minutes in medium flame then remove
them into a bowl set aside.
Step 5: In the same
add chopped onions and green chilli fry till it gets the golden brown then add
prepared paste fry until the raw aroma goes off.
Step 6: Now add
fried prawns and add Garam masala, red chilli
powder and required quantity of salt mix it well
together and sauté it for 5 minutes in medium heat.
Step 7: And add them
to the water as per needed and add chopped coriander blend it well and cook it
for about 5 minutes or more till the gravy thickens and you see specks of oil
on the top after that switch off the heat.
Step 8: Try and serve
this food recipe hot with steamed rice, roti, paratha or chapathi or fried
rice.
