Way to Cook Chicken Fry with Dry Chilli Recipe:

Dry Chilli Recipe Ingredients
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the chicken pieces well and slits in each chicken piece this is to make absorb grave.

Step 2: Take a vessel pour water add chicken pieces, soya sauce and add required amount of salt as per taste then boil it for about 15 minutes till the chicken is cooked then drain the water and remove the boiled chicken pieces into a plate and keep aside.

Step 3: Take a bowl add boiled chicken pieces, add corn flour and add maida mix very well everything together and marinate it for about 30 minutes set aside.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil add marinated chicken pieces fry till it gets golden brown and switch off the flame and remove it to a plate set aside.  

Dry Chilli Recipe Step 5 : Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, add dry chili paste, Cinnamon powder, Coriander powder and add tomato sauce mix very well everything together and fry it for about 5 minutes then add pinch of salt.

Step 6: Now add fried chicken pieces well mix it and allow it to cook.

Step 7: Finally add spring onions mix well cook it for about 1 minute after that turn off the heat
