Procedure to Prepare Raw Banana Bajji Recipe:

Raw Banana Bajji Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Wash and chop the raw banana into round shape and place the raw banana slices into salt water and set aside. Sieve the Bengal gram flour and get the pure and smooth Bengal gram flour transfer it into a bowl and set aside.

Step 2: Take bowl and add sieved Bengal gram flour, add pinch of baking soda, required amount of salt to taste and add water little by little add mix well and prepare a thick and fine batter.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour oil and heat it for about 1 minute oil in medium flame once the oil is heated then drop the dipped raw banana slices into the hot oil and fry it both side till it turns golden brown the remove them to the absorbent paper and set aside.
