Way to Prepare Phulka Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly take
a large bowl add wheat flour and add required amount of salt as per taste.
Step 2:
Add some water to the dough in parts and begins to knead the dough
continue to knead the dough byadding two tablespoons of oil.
Step 3: Keep on kneading till the dough
becomes pliable and soft.
Step 4: Now make small to medium balls of
the dough roll the balls with palms of your hands.
Step 5: Flatten the ball sprinkle some whole
wheat flour to the dough ball alternatively and you can also dust the rolling
board with flour.
Step 6: Take a tawa place the phulka on a
hot tawa as soon as the phulka gets heated up you will see huge and sometime
even large bubbles on the phulka slightly roast it in both sides then place it
in a plate.
Step 7: Now switch on the flame directly
drop the pulka on heat and wait for about 5 seconds you will see the starts to
puff then remove them to a plate same way cook remaining phulkaes.
Step 8: Try and serve this simple and easy
pulka. Enjoy the taste of this food recipe along with paneer masala curry or
mushroom curry or baby corn masala curry.
