Procedure to Prepare Papaya with Red Gram:  

Papaya With Red Gram Ingredients Step 1: Firstly wash and clean the chopped papaya chunks. And soak the red gram for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Take a cooker add soaked red gram, chopped papaya chunks and pour some water close the cooker pan with the lid cook it for about 5 whistles. Keep aside till the steam goes off.

Step 3: Take vessel add boiled red gram and papaya mixture and add coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and Fenugreek powder mix it very well together cook it 5 minutes in normal flame.

Step 4: And add tamarind pulp, red chili powder and required quantity of salt.

Step 5: Add grated coconut mix well cook it 5 minutes turn off the flame.

Step 6: Heat oil in another pan and add pinch of Asafoetida, mustard, dry chilli and slightly crushed garlic cloves fry it for 3 minutes in medium flame and add boiled red gram mixture cook it 10 minutes then heat off.

Step 7: Transfer it into a serving bowl and serve this tasty Papaya with Red Gram food recipe along with cooked rice and roti.
