Vegetable Pulao
Ingredients:
    Vegetable Pulao Ingredients
  • ·         Basmati Rice – 3 cups.
  • ·         Carrot – 1.
  • ·         Potato - 1.
  • ·         Green peas – 1/2 cup.
  • ·         Medium size onion – 1.
  • ·         Green chili – 4.
  • ·         Soya chunks – 50 grams.
  • ·         Bay leaf – 2.
  • ·         Nutmeg – 1.
  • ·         Clove – 3.
  • ·         Cinnamon -1.
  • ·         Wailong – 1.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         Chopped Mint –2 cups.
  • ·         Coriander – ½ cup.
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons.
  • ·         Water – 8 cups.
Instructions to prepare Vegetable pulao:

Step 1: Firstly wash basmati rice and soak it about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Clean and Chop the mint, wash it well and drain the excess water.

Step 3: Chop the carrot, potato, tomato, green chili and chop onion lengthy.

Step 4: Take a bowl add soya chunks and 2 cups of water soak it about 30 minutes.

Step 5: Now take cooker pan pour oil and add bay life, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, wailong and fry it for about 2 minutes in medium flame.

Step 6: Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, green chili fry it 2 minutes until it turns light brown color.

Step 7: Then add chopped carrot, potato, green peas and sauté it 2 minutes and add soaked soya chunks fry it 3 minutes.

Step 8: After that add soaked basmati rice and add 6 cups water, salt as per taste and mix it well close the cooker pan with the cooker lid and cook it for about 3 whistles then heat off.

Step 9: Keep it aside until the pressure goes off.

Step 10: Now serve this tasty Vegetable pulao recipe with raita or paneer curry.
