Procedure to Prepare Prawns Pickle
Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash prawns well and discard the shell from the prawns and remove the
head and tail part of the prawns and wash them well with water and set aside the
drain the water completely and set the prawns into a bowl.
Step 2: Take a pan
and add cleaned prawns, add pinch of turmeric powder and add required amount of
salt stir them once and boil it for about 3 minutes in medium heat till the
prawns is completely cooked then turn off the heat.
Step 3: Heat oil in
a vessel add boiled prawns fry till it gets golden brown color.
Step 4: In the same
pan add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw aroma goes off then add coriander
powder, garam masala, red chili powder and add required amount of salt as per taste
and mix them well together and fry it
for 5 minutes in medium heat then switch
off the flame.
Step 5: And allow it
to cool completely then add lemon juice mix well everything together and remove
the prepared pickle into an glass jar
and close the jar with lid and leave it for 2 days after that pickle is ready
to east it can be stored for about 1
month.
Step 6: Try and
serve this simple and tasty prawn’s pickle recipe. Enjoy the taste of this
recipe along with steamed rice.
