Directions to Prepare Idli Pulihora
Recipe:
Step 1: Wash and
chop the green chilli into length wise and set aside into a plate.
Step 2: Take a bowl
add idly and mash idlies with your hand finger and mash it very well and set
aside into a bowl.
Step 3 :Take a vessel
pour oil heat it for 1 minute then add turmeric powder, chopped green chilli,
mustard seeds, Bengal gram and add few curry leaves and add dry chilli and fry
it for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame till they become roasted
Step 4 : Now add the
mashed idles mixture and add required quantity of salt mix it very well
together and cook it for 1 minutes then turn off the heat and allow it cool to
then add lemon juice mix it very well
everything together then transfer the prepared idli pulihora into a serving
bowl and keep aside.
